Day off. Woke up in our converted circus trailer and had a hearty breakfast with the chickens and rooster. Headed off to Marburg, home of the Brothers Grimm. It's castle-crowned* university town with great energy. We had a few hours to explore the old city on this unusually hot day before we met up with event curator, Stefan. He gave us the rundown of the event and directed us to our place for the next couple nights. We were greeted by our host “Z”, dentist by day/funk-master by night, and his dog Fidel. We dropped off our bags and joined Stefan and Z for dinner. We talked music and dogs. Stefan requested we play "Angel from Montgomery", ala our cover in car, and a tune we had never done, "Brand New Key" by Melanie. Then we went back to Z's and talked more music and dogs.
